Bins

What you need:
​- Microfibre cloths
- Sponges
- Multipurpose spray
- Jif

Cleaning process:
​-Empty the bins
- Remove bins from bin holders in the cupboard
- Scrub the bin inside and outside with a wet cloth or sponge and Jif
- Wipe the bin inside and outside with a damp cloth and multipurpose spray
- Wipe/scrub the bin holder in the cupboard
- Wipe scrub the floor and walls of the cupboard where the bin was placed
- Dry all surfaces with a dry cloth
- Place a new clean plastic bag in the general bin (but not in recycle bin)

Tip:
​Indoor bins: only general waste bin needs a bag, no bag needed in recycling bin
Outdoor bins – should be cleaned with a hose
Outdoor bins colours: yellow – recycling, red – general waste, green – green waste
