Stove

BASIC TASK

Stove

What you need:
- Microfibre cloths
- Sponges ("non-scratch")
- Grout brush
- Multipurpose spray
- Jif
- Dishwashing detergent

Cleaning process:

- Fill the kitchen sink with hot water and add dishwashing detergent.
- Check if the stove is cool before starting the cleaning process.
- Remove the grates and hobs from the stove and place them in the sink to soak.
- Apply Jif to the stove surface and use a microfiber cloth or a "non-scratch" sponge with soap and hot water to clean. (IMPORTANT: Never use water near the spark igniters—if they get wet, they can stop working or get damaged. Keep this area completely dry.)
- Focus on dissolving and wiping away grease rather than scrubbing.
- Clean the sides and front of the stove, avoiding products that contain alcohol, as they can remove printed text.
- Use a damp cloth and multipurpose spray or Windex to wipe the stove surface clean.
- Drain the sink and scrub the grates and hobs with a wet sponge and Jif or dishwashing detergent.
- Rinse the grates and hobs thoroughly with water.
- Dry the grates and hobs with a clean cloth.
- Place the grates and hobs back onto the stove.
