Tidying Up

What you need:
​- Microfibre cloths
- Multipurpose spray

Cleaning process:
- ​Collect all dirty clothes and move them to laundry basket
- Fold clean clothes
- Make / change beds
- Empty bins
- Collect dirty dishes and wash them / put in dishwasher
- Put away clean dishes to cupboards / drawers
- Hang nicely towels in bathrooms
- Place new toilet paper rolls
- Hang nicely / fold tea towels in kitchen
- Shake decorative cushions and put them nicely on sofas
- Fold blankets on sofas
- Collect toys and put them in boxes / shelves in bedrooms, playroom
- Collect random items and put them organised in one visible place
- Magazines, letters etc. – make a nicely aligned pile
- Put all pet toys to pet baskets / pet area

Dust and wipe surfaces before tidying up objects:
- Benchtops with kitchen appliances
- Cosmetics in bathrooms (wipe cosmetics as well)
- Tops of furniture with decorative vases, sculptures etc.
- Shelves
- Windowsills with plant pots etc.
- Dining table with placemats (wipe placemats as well)
- TV unit with all items

Tip:
If you see many documents on a desk in a study room, and someone is clearly working on them, it’s better no to mix them up. Leave this area without tidying or ask the client.
