Chapter 1: Getting Ready for Work / Welcome!

We are excited to start collaborating with you.
Please check your Welcome Email, and make sure you sent us all necessary information and documents requested there, including (please attach all documents to one single email, instead of sending multiple emails):
- Certificate of currency of public liability insurance with updated date of issue (monthly), see details below
- One single picture including all your cleaning products, mop and vacuum
- + All other documents and information required via email

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR INSURANCE
- Before we starting collaborating you must send us the Certificate of Currency of Public Liability Insurance, you'll be asked to send the updated certificate every month to make sure it's valid. If you fail to provide us with a certificate with the current date until the 2nd Monday of each month, all your future jobs will be removed from your schedule until you provide us with the updated document.
- Value of coverage: $10.000.000
- When filling the form to apply for the insurance, you add all your personal information (Your ABN, your Address, your Mobile Phone etc)
