The client must be informed about you arriving late before you are already late.

If the client is not informed, they may cancel your appointment, and you drove for nothing.

 

If you are running late:

Use the OWM (On My Way) button in your ZenMaid App. The client will receive a text message with information about your arrival time.

 

Correct:

You sit in your car, check the address, and notice that you’ll arrive 15 minutes late. You send the OMW message to the client, send a message to the Office on WhatsApp and start driving.

 

Incorrect:

You noticed that you will be 15 minutes late for an 8:00 am appointment. You start driving, and then you inform us at 8:15 am that you are late.
