Never leave the client’s house earlier than the time booked on your ZenMaid App.

If you need to leave earlier for any urgent reason (sickness etc), please let us know about it immediately.

Why we don't cut the booking time:

Clients tend to reduce your hours for the next appointments.

Clients often complain after a few appointments when they start noticing neglected areas.

Clients may complain and find cleaning issues that could have been done in the remaining time.

Clients often have cameras and may check your arrival and finishing time.

Clients ask for discounts.
It is unacceptable to leave earlier without letting the Office know and reporting the full appointment time. If it happens, we may terminate our collaboration immediately. We count on your honesty.
