• Black font tasks: basic tasks (all must be done within the booking time)

• Green font tasks: extra tasks (chosen tasks can be done in the remaining time)

 

Booking time is estimated for basic tasks.

All basic tasks should be finished within the booking time.

Two common situations and easy solutions:

 

1. If the house is very messy:
   If you notice that you might have problems finishing the basic tasks (black font tasks from your Cleaning Checklist) in the allocated time, you need to inform the Office via WhatsApp Group immediately (not after you left). We will recommend you what to do. If you stay longer without the client's approval, we can't charge the client the extra time and we also can't pay you. 
   
   Always prioritise common areas (kitchen, bathrooms, living areas) after that, clean: rooms (bedrooms, study, theatre rooms, games rooms).
    

2. If you finished basic tasks earlier:
   Never cut the booking time. If you finished all basic tasks earlier, choose some extra cleaning tasks from the green font checklist. Never ask the client what else you could do, always follow the checklist.

Example: You finished a 4-hour booking in 3 hours 45 minutes. You can use the extra 15 minutes for (examples):
 

1. Wiping skirting boards, or

2. Clean a glass door

3. Clean some marks off walls

4. Clean under sofa’s cushions

5. Dust pictures on the walls

6. Clean door frames

7. Clean range hood filters
