Await your login details.
Do not create any new account. Your login details will be sent to you via your WhatsApp Group.

Log in and check your Job Assignments.
You might notice that you are not fully booked. A RED spot on your app indicates that we are trying to schedule a job for you at that day/time. Job assignments are usually finalized the day before, but last-minute changes may occur on the same day.
If there are any changes in your availability (whether you have a confirmed job or a RED spot on your roster), you must inform us via email as early as possible: [Changes in Availability](https://www.cleaningacademy.com.au/changes-in-availability).

IMPORTANT
If there is no specific note regarding a limited the scope of work or areas removed from our service, all areas of the property must be cleaned.
In ZenMaid, we only mention the number of bedrooms and bathrooms to help indicate the overall size of the property. However, all common areas must be completed, including the kitchen, living areas, dining areas, laundry, hallways, stairs and any other included areas, unless clearly stated otherwise in the app.
