Chapter 1: Getting Ready for Work / Communication with the Office

1. WhatsApp Group (You & the Office Team)

- Office team's help during office hours: Monday to Friday, 7 am - 3 pm

- Daily matters (questions, problems etc.)

- Sending a Confirmation Message + any parking receipts after your last job of the day. 

- Please avoid long voice messages or long videos, so we can help you quicker.

- Please contact us via WhatsApp Group (not via separate WhatsApp contact of an individual member of the group).

- Documents (Police Clearance, ID photo, Contract etc)

- Updates on your availability

- Certificate of currency of public liability insurance with updated date of issue (monthly)

- Invoices (invoices sent to the wrong email will be ignored)

- Parking receipts  (please also send them via WhatsApp the same day of the job)

- Products receipts (if eligible for refund)
