Chapter 1: Getting Ready for Work / Confirmation Message
Right after finishing the last job of the day, we need you to send us a short Confirmation Message via WhatsApp Group:

Kelly – 4 hours
Kate – 3 hours
Important:
When you send your hours every day, please keep in mind that we only charge (and pay) multiples of 15 minutes. In case you stayed extra time in any job (after customer agreed with that) remember that it should always be rounded to 15 minutes.

Please always try to finish the job within the original time booked (displayed in your ZenMaid App)
Remember that any extra time needs to be previously agreed with the Office or the Customer, otherwise it won’t be considered.
Summary:
1. Please send your Confirmation Message via WhatsApp immediately after your last job of the day.
2. If you happened to arrive 10 minutes late, please stay 10 minutes extra to complete your hours.
3. Do not send the Confirmation Message in the format: "Kelly - 8:13 am - 11:48 am".
4. Always report the real working time (we can only charge the client for 4 hours if you worked the full 4 hours, not 3 hours 45 mins). Please be aware that the clients very often report us your real working time if you came late or left earlier. Almost every household today has cameras. If we notice frequent cutting of the cleaning time, arriving late, reporting incorrect working time, we might decide to end our collaboration.
