1st: Check if:
- The cable is properly connected to the body and if the short cable is properly connected to the long one.

If 1st step doesn't work, let's check it the long cable is broken:
- Disconnect the long from the short cable (see video), plug straight to the wall and turn the vacuum on.
- If it works now, the long cable will need to be replaced.

- If it still doesn't work, the problem is possibly with the short cable.

2: Motor starts, but it is not sucking properly / motor overheating

  1. It is probably stuck with something big inside the Hose/Pipe/Handle

Anchor 2

4th: Nothing inside the head, pipe and handle, check now:
- Check if there is something stuck inside the hose (see video).
- If you can't see all the way inside the hose even using your cellphone flashlight, you can clean one end of the hose or hold it around the edge with your hand and blow to feel if the air is going through without any resistance.

99% of the problems with the vacuum occur because of the power cord being wrongly coiled, please find below some examples on how to do it as well as how not to do it:

Video explaining how to coil a cable properly:

Check the condition of the vacuum head regularly

- Check if the bristles are in good condition.
- Check if the rollers are working.
- Check if the vacuum head is gliding on the surface without any chance of scratching it.
- If the vacuum head is not in a good condition you need to replace it imediatally before it starts scratching the floor.
